1. Delivery zones

This online shop is for shipments to the UK only. Please go to https://lastobject.us/ if you want to receive a parcel in the United Sates and to https://lastobject.com/ for other countries.

We have a global delivery setup with multiple warehouses to reduce environmental impact and ensure fast delivery. Your parcels will be shipped from our warehouse in the UK. In UK we use Royal Mail as shipping carrier.

2. Delivery charges

Delivery charges for UK are 4.37 GBP for standard delivery. Shipping is free for orders over 30 GBP. Express shipping costs 7.90 GBP.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen. We do our utmost to respect the delivery times indicated on our website, but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transport delays, strikes, natural disasters, etc. Normally, standard shipping in UK takes 2-4 days with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

4. Order tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You will be able to track the status of your order using this number on the carrier's website.

5. Receipt of products

When you receive your order, please check that the products are not damaged or faulty. If you find a problem with your order, please inform us as soon as possible and follow the instructions provided in our refund policy.

6. Taxes and customs duties

Please note that if you live outside the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union or Canada, duties, fees and taxes from your national authorities may apply to your order.
